This inquiry form enables you to view your general ledger accounts. You can also drill down to individual accounts and documents.

Account: This is the filter for selecting general ledger accounts, you can select “All Accounts” to view all activity or else you can select individual accounts to see ledger view.

From and To: These are date filters to enable search withing a given range.

Dimension / Cost center filters: This will allow to search dimension wise.

Amount min and Amount max: This allows to search and show within an amount range. e.g if we want to search a particular transaction which ranges between 5000 to 8000.
