Purpose
Use this form to search Outstanding Purchase Orders and convert them into Goods Receive Note (GRN) documents.
Procedure
Find a Purchase Order and Receive it using 
icon on the right.
Enter the PO number in # field to search. You can also search/ from Location and Item filters
Use 
icon to print the Purchase Order
Use 
icon to edit the Purchase Order.
Tips and Tricks
You can use the Reference field in the form for entering the Supplier GRN No. if you need to register that.
